What is your Return Policy?
Elebaby offers returns within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags attached for a full refund, less a $12.95 handling fee.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
Items that are Nursery furniture are not eligible for return.
Any other items that state the item is not eligible for return in the listing.
All sales delivered outside of US are final sale.

What is your Holiday Return Policy?
Orders placed between November 24 and December 25 can be returned through January 15, 2025.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently offer exchanges for the same item in an alternative size or color. To start your exchange, email info@elebaby.co
To exchange your item for a different one, we recommend purchasing the correct item right away and returning your original item after contacting us directly for the return label.
How long does it take to process a return & receive my refund?
Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive at our facility and your refund to process.
Once a return is processed, a credit will be received in 3-5 business days
Order Updates & Status
Can the shipping address or payment method be changed after my order is placed?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify your shipping address or payment method.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel your order. If you no longer need the items you purchased, please email info@elebaby.co once you receive your package to start the easy return process.
Can I use a discount code when purchasing a gift card?
Discounts are only valid on physical merchandise sold. Since gift cards are monetary sums, we do not offer discounts on cash values.
Gifting
Does Elebaby offer gift packaging?
Yes! Gift packaging is $15 and can be selected in cart or at checkout. Gift packaging includes a collectable gift box and a hand written note. For odd shaped items, the Elebaby team will wrap as we see fit, which may include a dust bag or wrapping paper. Some products are excluded from gift wrap.
What is Elebaby's Gift Card Policy?
We offer both digital and physical gift cards. Our gift cards never expire, but cannot be returned.
Gift cards should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and our gift cards cannot be reloaded.

Shipping
How much does it cost to ship my items?
For orders weighing 30lbs or less:
- Standard shipping: $12.95
- 2-Day shipping: $27
For orders weighing over 30lbs, shipping will be calculated at checkout.
When will my order ship?
We are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible! All orders will be fulfilled Monday-Friday, and shipped out within 24 business hours from the time of fulfillment.
Please note that we do not fulfill orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. All shipments will deliver Monday through Friday.
When is the best time to place my order so it arrives in time for the holidays?
In order to have your gifts in time this holiday season, be sure to place your order by the dates below:

Do you offer same day or courier delivery?
At this time no but we hope to offer same day or courier services soon!
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to within the United States, to North America and to Europe. Countries outside of the USA will be subject to international shipping fees which will be calculated upon checkout.
